If you are a parent of a child born in 2016 and you live in Worcester, you may be eligible for a special program that helps prepare your child for later school success.
The Parent-Child Home Program works one-on-one with families who, despite facing significant life challenges, are committed to building a brighter future for their children and themselves.
A Parent-Child Home Program Home Visitor will come to your home for thirty minutes twice a week. The visitor will share with you fun ways to help your child learn through play and will bring educational toys and books that your child gets to keep.
There is no cost to you. This program will begin in fall of 2018.
Fill out PCHP Referral Form to receive more information. Return to the Parent-Child Home Program Office located at 130 Leeds Street, Worcester, MA 01606.
