The staff of the Human Resources Department is committed to working with employees in all matters related to your employment in the district. In addition, the Human Resources Department serves as the primary contact for all individuals considering employment with the Worcester Public Schools.

Effective July 1, 2013 all school employees are required to submit fingerprints for the national criminal background check. Employees will also have to submit a CORI check.
During this time of COVID-19 the Worcester Public Schools is providing staff with work flexibility. Staff members will be in the office when necessary and also working remotely. The best way to reach a member of the Human Resources staff is through email.

If you are currently on an approved leave of absence and have been asked to submit documentation to the district, you can send it via email to Ruth Nordstrom. We can also accept information via fax. Please contact Ms. Nordstrom for the fax number. Please be aware that sending any documentation via fax will result in a delay. Time sensitive documents should be sent via email.
