Art 8

Art 8: In this course, students will engage in activities that foster creative expression, communication through artistic endeavor, and appreciation of culture and heritage. Students will refine their technique, increase their artistic vocabulary, express themselves and their world view, make connections to other content areas, develop their own aesthetic, and strengthen their critical abilities. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
