Business Technology 10: In this course, students will be introduced to accounting practices and will learn how to analyze and complete the accounting cycle for business by working with accounts, debits and credits, as well as navigating a general ledger. In generating financial statements, students will utilize business math tasks and continue to hone the technological knowledge and skills necessary to attain certification in Microsoft products. In addition to the business finance, students will also become versed in personal finance, the concept of taxes, insurance, and issues pertaining to credit. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
