Business Technology 9

Business Technology 9: In this course, students will be introduced to various business and technological skills employed in most business settings. Students will gain knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the use of these products in most businesses. Emphasis will be placed on formal presentations with the use of PowerPoint and other industry recognized platforms, while focusing on format delivery, and audience. As the Business Technology introductory course, Business Technology 1 provides the foundational knowledge of business, communications, customer service, and technological skills necessary for the program. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
