Introduction to Culinary Arts Fundamentals 9: In this course students after choosing Culinary Arts are rotated through the eight different stations to get an understanding of how the shop works and to build a relationship with the instructors. Students begin to learn the basics of culinary arts, baking and customer service in each station.
