Culinary Arts I: In this course, students will gain knowledge of the multi-faceted world of food service. Students will explore careers in food service; safety and sanitation; tools and equipment; knife skills; recipe reading and measuring; and baking. Students will also rotate through a variety of stations as they plan, prepare, and serve lunch to staff. This course is a prerequisite for Culinary Arts II.
