Culinary IV

Culinary Arts IV: In this course, students will continue to deepen the skills they acquired in the other Culinary Arts courses by assuming greater responsibility for the operation of lunch service. They will also continue to examine food principles including food costs; menu planning; table setting; plating; garnishing; and advanced baking.
