Eng Lit Acq Lab B

English Literacy Acquisition Laboratory B: In this course, students will continue to work on word decoding, word recognition, and expand their reading vocabulary to access academic language. Students will practice reading daily to increase their reading fluency and comprehension strategies. Students will broaden their writing skills by writing daily, including essay writing for different purposes and genres. This course is designed for English Language Learners with a Beginning level (EPL 2) of English language proficiency.
