Health II

Health II: In this course, students will study health concepts; determine personal values that support health behaviors; develop group norms that value a healthy lifestyle; and develop the essential skills necessary to adopt, practice, and maintain health-enhancing behaviors. Students will explore promoting mental and emotional health; building healthy relationships; sexual harassment; stress and anger management; healthy eating; eating disorders; peer pressure and decision-making skills; male/female reproductive anatomy and physiology; pregnancy and birth; abstinence; HIV/AIDS; STDS; and birth control.
