Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Grade 11: In this course, students will study commercial refrigeration systems including walk-ins; reach-ins; ice machines; and other supermarket and restaurant equipment. Student will also install equipment according to code specifications and will implement trouble shooting of electrical and heating apparatus.
