Mandarin IV

Mandarin IV: In this course, students will further their knowledge of Mandarin Chinese by improving their skills in listening, speaking, and oral comprehension and become more proficient in reading and writing Chinese characters. Students will also acquire knowledge of Chinese idioms, poems, and popular modern expressions and will deepen their study of Chinese culture and history. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
