Physical Education 6

Physical Education 6: In this course, students will learn and practice the skills necessary to participate in a variety of physical activities. This course is designed to develop physically literate individuals who gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity. The focus is on building skills with numerous opportunities to practice in non-competitive settings. Activities In this course, may include, but are not limited to the following: Health-related fitness components, sports, cooperative games, and dance skills.
