Playwriting Magnet

Playwriting Magnet - In this course, students will study the craft of writing plays. In this second course of the second year of magnet study, students will explore the traditional dramatic structure, as well as various genres of theater writing, in-depth character development for writing, and the role of revision in playwriting. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
