Process Engineering: In this course, students will gain and apply relevant content knowledge, complete and discuss academic and career plans, and acquire content knowledge in force distribution, manufacturing systems, basic electronics, thermodynamics, fluidics, and robotics, in a project-based learning environment. Students will be assessed using proficiency standards in preparation for attainment of a Certificate of Proficiency. (COP) This course is a prerequisite for Practical Engineering. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
