Interview practices and techniques, Identifying and measuring structural damage, Structural repair and alignment, Interior repairs, restraint system service and precautions, suspension geometry and alignment, electrical and electronic component service and replacement, troubleshooting and maintenance, business technology, entrepreneurship, and job success skills. All instructional methods and categories based on AES, SP2, NATEF/ ASE, and or I-CAR principles of instruction. Strict adherence to the Massachusetts curriculum frameworks for Automotive Collision Repair and its embedded academic standards are incorporated throughout the delivery of the curriculum.
