SM Related Theory 11

Related Sheet Metal Theory Grade 11: In this course, students will learn how to safely operate the Power Press Brake to include tonnage calculations and bend allowances, as well as correct die sizes and applications. Students will learn to safely operate the 55 ton Geka Hydraulic Ironworker using tonnage calculations and correct punch/dies; the MIG welder; and the hand-operated Plasma Cutter. Students will learn how to write resumes and cover letters and use computers for the Applied Educational System demonstrating their employability skills, critical thinking, and positive work behaviors. Students will also receive their OSHA Construction 10 hour training card.
