Social Studies 3

Social Studies 3: In this course, students will learn about the history of Masssachusetts from the time of the arrival of the Pilgrims. Students will also learn the history of their own cities and towns and about famous people and events in Massachusetts' history. Students will read biographies of prominent people of Massachusetts in science; technology; the arts; business; education or political leadership in order to learn how they contributed to Massachusetts history.
