The Health Portal will allow you to submit health information and view your child’s health records online. In order to set up your account, please input the primary caregiver contact information for your child by clicking the Health Portal Enrollment Tab on the WPS website, worcesterschools.org. This will initiate your access to this password protected secure website. You will need your child’s student ID# to log in.

The Health Portal will make it easier for you to submit health information virtually and view your student’s health records at any time.
The SNAP Health Portal will give you the ability to:
- View your student’s immunization and health records online
- Upload medical documents directly to your child’s health record (including doctor’s notes, medication orders, physical exams, vaccine records, etc.)
- Communicate directly with your school nurse
- Receive reminders, updates, and announcements
- Receive referral letters directly from the nurse
- Select which OTC (over the counter) medications you permit your child to receive in school
