Over $100,000 awarded to Burncoat Middle School!

A big congratulations to Burncoat Middle School who was awarded over $100,000 by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to continue their 21st Century program! This was a highly competitive process and only programs that met exemplary status were funded. Much appreciation goes to the Burncoat Middle School principal Mary Scully, site administrator Phil King, and staff who provided wonderful opportunities for our students and helped us achieve our goal. In addition, we would like to thank various community partners such as FitClub, Worcester Art Museum, MA Audubon Broad Meadow Brook, You Inc., Friendly House, Girls Inc. and the Ecotarium who provided engaging and innovative activities over the past year to help meet the needs of our students. We look forward to another successful year of 21st Century programming at Burncoat Middle School!
