The event is a great way to meet new friends and WPS instrumental staff. Students wishing to rent a violin, viola or cello must be measured prior to renting an instrument.

Women’s Research and Mentorship Program at WPI

Join the Women’s Research and Mentorship Program at WPI, a unique opportunity for female-identifying and non-binary students in Grades 10 & 11 to engage in research and mentorship. Preference is given to Worcester Public High School students.

Required Group Sessions:


  • Opening Session: Saturday, September 28, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM


  • Mid-Session Connect: Saturday, October 26, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM


  • Closing Presentations: Friday, December 6, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM


Participants must also be available to meet with their individual team for 2-5 hours each week at mutually agreed-upon times.

Who Can Apply:


  • Female-identifying and non-binary students in Grades 10 & 11.
