New Citizens Center Secondary serves English Learners ages 12-17 who are classified as "Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education (SLIFE)."

Support students with English language acquisition via intensive English instruction within a Shelter English Immersion model in order to help students obtain the necessary skills to function and succeed in their home school or alternate programs.
