Teacher stay after school at least once a week if you need help in any subject after school! Check with your teacher for extra help sessions.

It's OK to ask for help! If you or a friend needs help and support with how you are feeling, a tough situation, or a problem you aren't sure how to handle we are here to help. There are six guidance counselors and two adjustment counselors in our department.

Your Life Your Voice is a helpful website to get coping techniques and other ways to get help whether it is depression, anxiety, anger, abuse or a complicated problem.
