In the Worcester Public Schools, we guide students to become curious learners, effective communicators, empowered individuals, problem solvers, and engaged community members!

Please note that after you apply for enrollment online, you and your child may need to visit the Parent Information Center.

Specialized Programs & Citywide Enrollment

Worcester Public Schools offers several specialized programs, including dual-language programs, arts programs, and career technical education.

These programs require a separate application and/or lottery admission in addition to the regular enrollment process.

Please note that specialized programs are separate from the Special Education Department, which services students with disabilities.

Parent Information Center (PIC)

The Parent Information Center is available to all families to help with student registration, transfer information, registration and immunization requirements, transfer forms, and more.

In-person enrollment is by appointment only. Please call 508-799-3194 to make an appointment.

The PIC offers:

  • Information about schools and programs

  • Vaccine clinic

  • Native language assistance

  • Help connecting with community resources and social services (wrap-around services)

  • English language screening

  • Special education referrals if needed
