On Saturday, March 30, at 2:00 PM, there will be a celebration for the North High Polar Bears Boys’ Basketball Team on Worcester Common, behind City Hall, to honor the student-athletes for their historic Division 1 Championship win!
We welcome the community to join us to cheer on the champions!
There will be a rolling rally on Shrewsbury Street from 1:45-2:00 PM as the Polar Bears travel on a duck boat as part of the celebration.
At Worcester Common, the team will be honored by Mayor Joseph Petty, Worcester Public Schools Superintendent Rachel Monárrez, along with remarks from North High Principal Sam FanFan, Coach Al Pettway, and student-athletes.
