are now being accepted by phone. If you are interested in placing an application or would like more information, please call 508-799-3608 and 508-799-3225. Once an initial intake is completed at the Head Start Administrative Office, 770 Main Street in Worcester and eligibility is determined; an appointment will be made for your child to be screened at 337 Mill St.
