Congratulations to the Burncoat High School Spirit Team, which ranked third in the country at a national competition on Saturday, February 3.
The school’s dance and pep band team competed in the Universal Dance Competition at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The students ranked third in the Varsity Game Day Live contest.
It took many months of practice and hard work for the Burncoat Spirit Team students to reach this accomplishment. Once again, they have made Worcester Public Schools proud!
Thank you to the many people and organizations in the community who made donations to fund the trip – giving these students a memory of a lifetime.
