Directing I Magnet

Directing I Magnet - In this course, students will explore the movement, stage picture, and composition of the stage. In addition, students will partake in deep script analysis, and create a director’s notebook for leading a production. Students will work with actors to stage formal and informal performances. This course is part of the Theater Magnet Technical Theater and Directing Concentration. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
