The Worcester Public Schools is seeking your feedback to help us improve medical care coordination for children with chronic medical conditions.
Join us on Tuesday, April 2, from 10:00-11:00 AM, at Centro, 11 Sycamore Street., Worcester, for an informal meeting to share your insights.
Members of the Worcester Public Schools’ Nursing Department and Family and Community Engagement Office, along with members of the Special Education Parent Advisory Council, will be in attendance.
